Per-Edge Setbacks
Each parcel edge can have its own setback. The dashed polygon shows the approximate buildable area.
Create
Driveway mode: click the canvas to add points, press Enter to finish, or Escape to cancel drawing.
House Presets
The style preset sets defaults for floors, roof type, roof height, colors, and typical proportions. You can still edit everything after applying it.

Orange corner handle rotates. Drag the body to move. The house is checked against the property boundary and the current per-edge setbacks.

Click and drag the round driveway handles to reshape the path. Export writes the driveway as segment polygons plus a centerline folder.
Notes
Google Earth works well with simple KML geometry. This tool exports editable house solids and driveway surfaces, grouped into folders with metadata, colors, and opacity preserved.
Your sample workflow is supported: parcel import, iterative block re-open, style presets, driveway layout, and shareable KML/KMZ output.
